Full Body Tiles: porcelain unglazed tile
Polished Tiles: surface of an unglazed tile which has been given a glossy finish by mechanical polishing as the last stage of manufacture
Vitrified Tiles: Vitrified tile is a stronger type of polished porcelain tile, which is processed through heat fusion. It has better abrasion resistance.
Mosaic Tiles: Mosaics
2.Classification by Shaping:
Dry-pressed Tiles: tiles formed from a finely milled body mixture and shaped in moulds at high pressure
Extruded Tiles: tiles whose body is shaped in the plastic state in an extruder, the column obtained being cut into tiles of predetermined dimension
Tiles made by other processes: tiles made by other than the normal commercial processes, i.e. extruded or dry-pressed
3.Classification by Glaze:
Glazed Tiles: vitrified covering which is impermeable
Unglazed Tiles (engobed surface): clay-based covering with a matt finish which can be permeable or impermeable
4.Classification by Water Absorption:
Porcelain Tiles (E≤0.5%), Verified Tiles (0.5%<E≤3%), Fine Stoneware Tiles(3%<E≤6%),Stoneware Tiles(6%<E≤10%), Fine Earthware Tiles(>10%)

How to Fixing the floor tiles
Things you will need
Tile, Tiles Saw, Mortar(thin set), Trough, Grout, Sponges, Spacers, Maker, Tape Measure, Chalk Snap Line

Instructions
1.You are going to make sure you have a level ground to work from.
Rip up old carpeting or existing flooring. Inspect your subfloor for warping, holes, or gaps.

2.Vacuum everything - make sure the area is clear from all debris. Small imperfections can be covered with the adhesive - but anything major could eventually crack tiles.

3.Mark your layout keeping in mind two things
1) that you can work your way out of the room and
2) that any cuts you'll have to make will be in hidden corners.

4.Spread an even layer of thin set with trowel around in the small area where you are going to start. Make sure you spread enough to put down a few tiles.
5.Lay tile, pressing firmly and evenly into the thin set. Don't worry about seepage, as you can wipe this away later.

6.Put rubber spacers between tiles for even placement. Spacers come in different sizes depending how far apart you want each tile.

7.Gently pound the tiles with a rubber mallet to make sure they are firmly adhered to the thin set. You should pound the tiles from the inside out to the corners to squeeze out any air pockets.

8.After a few tiles wipe with a damp close, any excess thin set that may have come up through the sides of the tiles.

9.Once you've made your way out of the room, you need to make sure you let the tiles sit for however long the thin set calls for - usually a solid 24 hours - before attempting to grout.

2) To coat the grout its thickness 3-5mm equally in the basic layer of the wall and smooth the surface.

Processing
1) To clean and water in the basic layer. In summer, please water the basic layer one day ahead and to make water absorbed completely.

4) In the event of less grout on the back of wall tiles, spackle from the seam. Make sure the grout lines, and then go on installation.
5) Clean out the excess mortar around the grout lines, usually depend on how dry the mortar is when all the tiles have been installed (please do it gently),then clean the tiles again.
6) For the paper adhesive tiles. Please tear apart the adhesive paper which has been moist for 5-10 minutes, after the tiles has been installed in wall in 20-30 minutes ,

Grouting
1) Grouting is needed after all the tiles have been installed, normally depend on how dry the mortar is, Strongly suggest to adopt the “feeding seams” method for some notched surface tiles like volcanic style tiles .
2) Before your work, please water the grout lines if needed.
3) Fill the spaces between the seams, then spackle seams strictly, not loose, higher than the tiles. Otherwise the ooze, turning white or tearing could occur in the seams in the future.

Clearing
1) It depends on the local weather condition, when the mortar between seams concrete to a certain extent, normally within 6 -12 hours, cleaning it by pouring water from up to down.
2) In case of the unclean parts, using the hydrochloric acid (strength 2-3%) then re-clean it with water in case the remains.
3) Using sponge or cloth after water cleaning.

Maintenance
1) Please adopt plastic cloth to avoid the damages caused by sunshine, wind, rain due to out-door construction.
2) Please adopt plastic cloth after the temperatures going up at day, to avoid the frost dry of mortar because the temperatures fall down to 2 degree at night in winter.
3) Avoid too strong vibration and outside force within 7 days after the installation.
