CHINA TILE & STONE SOURCING
China Tile Sourcing Service for Distributors and Building Projects
TILE IN CHINA is a China tile sourcing service provided by LEIYUAN for overseas distributors, importers and building-project teams. It coordinates tile, stone and architectural-material requirements with suitable Chinese manufacturers.
Through TILE IN CHINA, LEIYUAN can coordinate requirement review, suitable-manufacturer matching, samples, order-specific quality checks, packing and shipment support within the scope agreed for each enquiry.
Clear service model
TILE IN CHINA is a sourcing service, not a claim that LEIYUAN manufactures every product shown on this website. The selected manufacturer, product specification, supporting documents, customisation, price, MOQ and timing are confirmed for the individual enquiry and order.

How the China tile sourcing service works
Relevant team experience built over approximately three decades Our team’s experience covers tile and brick building materials, overseas buyer communication and international trade. This statement refers to the experience of the people involved in the work, not the age of the current brand or every associated business entity.
For distributors and building projects We support buyers developing a product range as well as teams working from drawings, specifications, BOQs, reference samples or application requirements.
Supplier matching beyond one catalogue Different materials require different production capabilities. We compare suitable options rather than forcing every enquiry into one factory’s range.
Inspection and shipment coordination Quality requirements, sampling methods, acceptance criteria, packing and delivery responsibilities are agreed for the specific order.
Choose the path that matches your work

I am a distributor or importer
You may be extending a product range, replacing a supplier, developing private-label packaging or coordinating products from more than one factory. We help turn a sourcing list into comparable options, samples and an order-control plan.
Typical support can include product and supplier screening, sample coordination, commercial comparison, packaging development, production follow-up, pre-shipment inspection and mixed-container planning.

I have a building project
You may already have drawings, a BOQ, a specification, a material board or a reference image. We help translate those inputs into a workable sourcing brief and coordinate material matching, samples, technical documents, batch control, inspection and project shipment.
TILE IN CHINA provides product sourcing and supply coordination. Final design, engineering, code compliance and installation decisions remain with the project’s appointed professionals.
Explore 13 core product categories

1. Ceramic & Porcelain Tiles
Ceramic wall tiles and porcelain wall or floor tiles in a focused range of formats, surfaces and design directions. Sourcing support can cover samples, shade and calibre management, visual inspection, packing and repeat-order coordination.

2. Exterior Wall & Facade Tiles
Exterior ceramic, porcelain, clinker, split-face, relief and brick-look tile options for facade and wall applications. We help buyers compare material types, formats, surface directions, project requirements and order-specific quality controls.

3. Porcelain Slabs & Sintered Stone
Large-format slabs and panels for walls, floors, countertops, vanities and furniture applications. Material identity, thickness, processing, edge quality, surface expectations, handling and export frames must be confirmed for the selected product.

4. Outdoor Porcelain Pavers
Thick porcelain pavers and related pieces for terraces, patios, landscapes, pool surrounds and raised-pedestal applications. Project requirements may include thickness, wet-use surface needs, climate-related documentation, load information and packing.

5. Terracotta Tiles & Bricks
Terracotta floor and wall tiles, brick slips, facing bricks, clay pavers, roof tiles and selected special shapes. Sampling should define the acceptable range of natural colour, texture and dimensional variation.

6. Architectural Terracotta
Terracotta facade panels, baguettes, louvers, breeze blocks and custom extruded profiles for building-envelope projects. Drawing review, colour samples, tolerances, fixing compatibility and long-piece packing are central to the sourcing process.

7. Mosaic Tiles
Glass, ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, terracotta and selected mixed-material mosaics. Inspection can address chip dimensions, sheet alignment, joint width, mounting method, colour mix, surface quality and packing.

8. Natural Stone Tiles & Slabs
Natural stone tiles, slabs and cut-to-size pieces for architectural and interior applications. Selection, dry lay, veining, repairs, finish, dimensions, numbering, crates and container protection require product-specific agreement.

9. Manufactured Stone & Brick Veneer
Manufactured stone veneer, concrete or cementitious brick slips, matching corners and selected cast components. Material identity, colour mix, thickness, backs, corners, surface condition and packing should be checked against approved samples.

10. Flexible Tiles & Lightweight Cladding
MCM and other flexible tile finishes, lightweight brick- or stone-look materials and selected low-weight panels. Buyers should verify actual composition, substrate and adhesive requirements, installation information and every performance claim for the specific product.

11. Swimming Pool Tiles & Systems
Pool tiles and mosaics, waterline products, deck tiles, coping, trim pieces and selected overflow-channel components. The brief should distinguish immersed surfaces, wet traffic areas, decorative zones and compatible accessory requirements.

12. Custom Tile & OEM Services
Custom colours, dimensions, surfaces, shapes, moulds and private-label packaging can be coordinated where a suitable factory confirms feasibility. Each programme follows an order-specific sample, approval, commercial and quality-control process.

13. Decorative & Art Tiles
Patterned feature tiles, relief accents, hand-finished appearance, mural or panel concepts, borders and mixed-finish decorative sets.
Why buyers use TILE IN CHINA
A clear sourcing model
The website covers several material families because buyer requirements often cross factory and category boundaries. We explain that model openly: TILE IN CHINA coordinates sourcing and project supply; individual products are matched with suitable manufacturers.
Better-defined enquiries
A useful sourcing process begins with clear inputs. We help organise material, format, surface, colour, quantity, application, destination, required documents, reference images and timing into a brief that factories can answer more accurately.
Samples before production
Samples help confirm the intended appearance and basic specification. For custom work or products with natural variation, the approval process may also require a colour range, mock-up, packing sample or agreed golden sample.
Order-specific quality control
Inspection is not one universal checklist. The relevant checks depend on the material, intended use, order specification, approved sample, destination requirements and agreed acceptance criteria.
Cross-factory coordination
Where products from more than one manufacturer are involved, schedules, labels, packing, weights, receiving checks and loading plans need to be coordinated before consolidation is approved.
How the sourcing process works
1. Send your requirements
Tell us the product category, material, size, surface, colour, quantity or project area, destination and intended application. Drawings, BOQs, specifications and reference images are useful where available.
2. Match suitable manufacturers
We review the brief and approach manufacturers whose range and production capability appear relevant. Any claimed capability remains subject to verification for the exact product and order.
3. Compare samples and quotations
We coordinate available samples or sample development and organise the commercial and technical points that need comparison. A quotation is only meaningful when material, specification, packing, quantity, trade terms and exclusions are understood.
4. Confirm the order and approvals
Before production, the parties should confirm the approved sample or colour range, specification, packaging, labels, inspection scope, acceptance criteria and commercial terms.
5. Follow production and inspect
The follow-up plan may include first-piece or colour-board confirmation, schedule checks, packing review and pre-shipment inspection. The exact scope is agreed before the order.
6. Coordinate packing and shipment
We can help coordinate labels, pallets or crates, loading information, commercial documents and shipping arrangements within the agreed scope. Carrier performance, customs decisions and destination-side costs remain outside any unsupported guarantee.
Quality control starts with the specification
A final inspection cannot correct an unclear order. The strongest control begins earlier: a precise brief, a suitable supplier, representative samples, written approvals and acceptance criteria that match the product.
For tile orders, this may include dimensions, shade, calibre, flatness, surface condition, edge quality, carton marks and pallet condition. For slabs, stone, mosaics, terracotta or flexible materials, the risks and evidence differ. Our role is to help define and coordinate the checks that apply to the order.

Custom and OEM programmes
Private-label cartons, labels, colour development, special dimensions, surfaces, shapes, patterns and moulds can support a distributor range or a project-specific requirement. Feasibility, sample stages, artwork, tooling, MOQ, cost and schedule are confirmed with the selected manufacturer rather than stated as universal promises.
Material details and sample references
Representative sample sets, surface close-ups and edge details make comparisons more concrete. The material shown here is presented as product reference—not as a completed TILE IN CHINA project.

Frequently asked questions
Is TILE IN CHINA a tile factory?
TILE IN CHINA is a sourcing and project-supply service, not one factory claiming to manufacture every material on the website. We match each enquiry with manufacturers whose product range and working methods are relevant to the brief.
Who do you work with?
The service is designed for overseas distributors, importers, architects, contractors, developers and other project buyers who need support sourcing tile, stone, brick or architectural cladding from China.
Can you coordinate samples from several suppliers?
Yes, where the products, schedules, sample rules and transport arrangements are workable. The scope and cost of sample collection or consolidation are confirmed for the individual enquiry.
How do you check product quality?
The inspection scope is based on the purchase specification, approved samples, product type and agreed acceptance criteria. It may include visual, dimensional, identification, packing and quantity checks, together with document review where applicable.
Can products from different factories be loaded together?
Mixed-factory consolidation may be possible, but it must be planned around readiness dates, packing compatibility, pallet or crate dimensions, weights, receiving checks, documentation and loading constraints.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please send the material or product type, size, surface, colour, quantity or project area, intended use, destination and preferred timing. Drawings, specifications, BOQs and reference images help reduce ambiguity.
